Mentorship Framework
Aetelier Clinical Mentorship is a personalised six-month pathway for clinicians who want structured support across clinical decision-making, governance and sustainable practice development. The programme is deliberately bounded to protect the quality of guidance and avoid unrealistic promises of unlimited or immediate access.
A six-month development plan begins with an initial 60-minute clinical and business assessment, setting goals around scope, confidence, governance and practice growth.
One private 30-minute mentoring session each month, supported by up to two structured case reviews monthly for reflective, case-led learning.
Private weekday messaging support with responses within one working day. Messages outside working hours are treated as received the next working day.
Guidance from an assigned primary mentor, with input from both Aetelier Academy founders where relevant, plus mentorship resources and clinical templates.
