Dr Janice Lim is a UK GDC-registered dentist with a special interest in aesthetic medicine, facial aesthetics, skin ageing and postgraduate clinical education. With a strong foundation in dentistry and facial anatomy, she brings a precise yet patient-centred approach to aesthetic practice.
Janice has a particular passion for skin health, regenerative treatments and evidence-based skincare. Her approach focuses not only on achieving natural, refined results, but also on creating a positive and reassuring patient experience. Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, she is committed to helping patients feel confident, comfortable and well cared for throughout their treatment journey.
Through Aetelier Academy, Janice aims to support healthcare professionals in developing the clinical knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to practise aesthetic medicine safely, ethically and successfully.

Dr Jia Rou Tan is a UK GMC-registered doctor and currently undertakes specialty training in Psychiatry within the NHS. Her medical background, combined with her interest in aesthetic medicine and education, allows her to bring a thoughtful, evidence-based and patient-centred approach to clinical training.
Jia Rou has a particular interest in treatments that enhance facial features with subtlety, balance and precision. Known for her meticulous eye and perfectionist approach, she is committed to delivering high-quality aesthetic outcomes while maintaining safety, ethics and professionalism at the centre of care.
Through Aetelier Academy, Jia Rou is passionate about helping healthcare professionals develop strong clinical foundations, refined practical skills and the confidence to provide safe, precise and natural-looking aesthetic treatments.
